On May 25, 2018, the new regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, titled the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), came into effect.

We would like to inform you, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, how our company VEZEKO s.r.o., Jihlavská 229, 594 01 Velké Meziříčí, Company ID: 26273349, VAT ID: CZ26273349, registered in the Commercial Register at the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 41298, collects, processes, uses, and protects your personal data that you provide to us, as well as about other matters related to this area.

We have always paid, and continue to pay, great attention to the protection of personal data. In accordance with applicable legislation, we protect your personal data to the maximum extent possible. If you are our customers, we process only the personal data necessary for you to purchase our products, spare parts, or services. These are data required to create an order, and subsequently to issue all documents necessary for the purchase, possible trailer insurance, or courier services. Specifically, these include your name, surname, address, Company ID, VAT ID, phone number, and email. This data is collected directly from you and stored for a period of 10 years, mainly for the purpose of follow-up service and maintenance, reordering spare parts, or possible complaints.

If you are our employees, we process only personal data necessary for establishing an employment relationship, managing payroll, or preparing your annual tax settlement. These primarily include your name, surname, address, email, phone number, date of birth, bank account number, and other required information. This data is mainly obtained from you, or from public institutions such as the Czech Social Security Administration. Your personal data is then stored only for the period required by law.

If you are our supplier or other business partner, we process only the personal data necessary to fulfill our mutual contractual obligations. This includes the company name, name and surname of contact persons, address, Company ID, VAT ID, email, and phone number. This data is obtained directly from you and stored for 10 years.

We do not transfer your personal data to third countries or multinational companies. We only share your data with third parties in essential cases, such as IT system management or tax consulting. For this purpose, we carefully choose reliable partners. These partners are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using the personal data we provide for any purpose other than the one we authorized. Under certain, specifically defined, conditions, we are legally obliged to provide some of your personal data to public authorities, such as the Police of the Czech Republic or other law enforcement or regulatory authorities, to the necessary extent and within the limits of the law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a suitable level of data security.

Finally, we would like to inform you that you have the following rights regarding the protection of your personal data:
